This is what we got...

...in just one year. Remember the election in 2006? Thought you might like to read the following:

A little over one year ago:

1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;

2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;

3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.

Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we have seen:

1) Consumer confidence plummet;

2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon;

3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);

4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value

evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses);

5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;

6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.

America voted for change in 2006, and we got it!

Remember, it's Congress that makes law not the President.

He has to work with what's handed to him.

Taxes...Whether Democrat or a Republican you will find these

statistics enlightening and amazing.

Married making 125K - tax $31,250

Both Democratic candidates said they will return to the higher tax rates!

It is amazing how many people that fall into the categories above think

Bush is screwing them and Bill Clinton was the greatest President ever.

Go McCain!

:wub:

oh, and just FYI on what Kads stated; yeah..the Democrats are ALWAYS going to vote for higher taxes, us working people gotta support those on welfare, somehow!!

Hence what Ive said previously: Its not the republicans keeping the poor people poor, its the democrats funding the welfare system by raising the working classes' taxes thus allowing the welfare system to be abused, THUS keeping the poor in the welfare system with no initiative to go out and get a J~O~B!

Due to the statement you just made, Ashley, from now on I will sweep kick anyone I deem to be on the welfare system, regardless of whether or not they tell me they are using said system. :)

um, by the ones who pull up at the grocery store in cadillac escalades, or something equally as or close to expensive, decked out with a nice stereo system that they subject everyone within a 1/2 mile radius to hafta listen to, with the twin DVD monitors, which are gunna be turned on, even though noone is sitting in the backseat to watch whatever movie they have playing, and some sort of expensive *** rims on the vehicle of choice, go in and get two extremely large buggies full of food like steaks, and shrimp, and pork chops, and ribs with all the fixins... pay with food stamps, or here in GA, they have EBT cards, (which is the same thing.. just in a DEBT card format), drive back to the projects, or other goverment assisted living area, and go inside and sit in front of their huge 62" flat screen, plasma TV with a home theater system, and sit on their ***es playing their brand new XBOX 360's or Playstation 3's instead of going out and getting a J~O~B. =]

...At my place of work (BJ's Wholesale Club) in Flemington, half of the parking lot population at any given time usually consists of at least five cadillacs, five convertibles, twenty Audis (apparently they're big with BJ's shoppers)... and a ****load more.

It's obnoxious... whenever I am outside at night, cleaning up the lot... part of me wants to just let a cart run right into the cars... after all, we have signs posted saying "We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carts." :D

OH!! and i forgot to add that they will have about 4 or 5 lil children running around everywhere, all by different moms and/or dads, (depending on, ya know, whether it was a male or female who pulled up to the grocery store to whom we are basing this example), none of whom are being supervised. ALL of whom, by the time they are 4 years old know EXACTLY who DFACS is, are very familiar with the narcotics investigators from the local law enforcement agency of their area, and also think that ALL the "po-po" are bad, and not to trust us, due to either mom or dad or BOTH telling them that WE are the bad guys when we come lock one or both of their parents up for ya know, silly little things like felony drug charges, or robbery, or aggravated assault, ya know..things that we pick on them for, because we have nothing better to do with our time. :rolleyes:

They pay well, I like who I work with, and most of the customers are nice. :)

You guys know what Heelies are, right? We have signs posted at the door saying we do not permit Heelies in the store for the safety of other customers and team members... but do they listen? No.

Probably because they cannot read. :)

Youre probably exactly correct. i worked a wreck yesterday, it was great. Neither one of the drivers could write out their statements advising what had happened to cause the wreck. They EACH had to have someone else who was in the vehicles write out THEIR statements. So typical. Pathetically typical.

Yea um welfare does not get you what you just said Ashley are you retarded.

Inorder to live a life like that people get welfare and then sell drugs that is how they live like that.

If you believe that welfare gets you a cadi, steaks and shrimp, a 62" flat screen, and riches than your out of your mind bc then everyone would just go to welfare.

no, fool..thats NOT what im saying. I'm saying that they get ON welfare when they OBVIOUSLY dont need to be on it, hence the "ABUSING THE WELFARE SYSTEM". Because, yeah, DUH, they're selling drugs and god knows what else. dude, I see it EVERYDAY that i go to work. My area that i patrol is nothing but projects. and they dont care.. they look at it as money that is "owed" to them. those of us who go out there and work for a living to support our own families end up paying for theirs. THEY eat better than most of the middle class, working people who are paying the taxes for them to be on welfare. i dunno about your state, but here in good ol Georgia, they can get pretty much ANYTHING on their EBT card, so long as its not alcohol and cigerettes.

Well what about people who never had a chance to learn and are stuck in a rut with no where to go.

They need welfare whether they sell drugs or not in TN they usually have to prove they are attempting to get a job in order to stay on it.

Hell if you think welfare is bad then lets talk about socialism.

I under stand your a cop, but the thing is your job is to profile people and throw them into different categories bc that is how a cop tends to stay alive, but not everyone is the same just bc they are a "Thug" or someone of the other profiles.
